FIve worked with EPS to design a new satellite office to help with expansion at the main Piccadilly UK HQ. The brief focused on providing a working area that reflected their other locations, yet on a smaller scale. Use of brand colour, visual references to the EPS fleet and the importance of business roots played a strong part in the overall look and feel.

Special attention was paid to acoustics within the space, using applied ceiling and wall finishes, lighting, and baffles. EPS invested in focus pods and a meeting booth to supplement the main meeting room and allow for future flexibility. The separate breakout space provided an additional space for collaboration and team gathering, whilst also ensuring a sense of comfort at break times.

Five partnered with JT3 Ltd throughout the planning and build process, working alongside Hunters Contracts to detail the furniture specification.
