Business hub proposal, providing private banking services to high-net-worth Middle Eastern clients. The space was organised to offer a one stop shop; providing both unique personal wealth management services, as well as space for non-financial affairs to clients visiting the UK.

The design brief asked for a reflection of confidence, alongside a sense of strength and elegance. With its authenticity and lasting nature, stone was used to line the inner lounge space. Elsewhere materials were selected for their texture and pattern, consistent with the intricacies of the contrasting marble and travertine.

Furniture selection played an important part, with pieces from Minotti, Cassina and Walter Knoll chosen for their strong silhouettes and sculptural forms.
